Why? He's going to get the opportunity to go out, learn from other coaches, fine-tune his craft, and grow. I would love for him to come back home and lead UNC.

I actually think it's a really great opportunity for Marcus, who everyone says shows great promise as a coach. Perfect place for him to learn for a few years then go out to get more experience.

I would really like the new UNC coach to retain at least one current assistant, but we'll just have to see whether that happens.
