Totally legal. What do you guys think?

1. Biden orders army troops to attack a Canadian outpost on the border.
2. Canada declares war against the US
3. Biden surrenders.
4. Canada occupies the country, sets up a provisional government like we did for Germany after WWII, and leaves.
5. Then elections resume. Canada can also fix some of our constitutional issues.

Point 4 is the weak link. Would Canada want those problems? Isn't Quebec enough?

Super, I think you are on to something. Need to flush details, but the basic idea is great.
