They aren't legal or illegal. That's the problem with our current system.

They don't have official authorization to be in the country. But they were paroled in. Parole is a matter of grace is most criminal contexts that I'm aware of; I'm not sure about the concept in immigration law. So parole can be revoked, which is what the Trump administration is doing.

It is legal for the administration to hold people in detention facilities until they have their day in court. We have always released them on what amounts to bail, because we aren't interested in concentration camps where people who have committed no crimes are held indefinitely.

But that's exactly what Trump and Miller want. Concentration camps. And it's legal for them to do so.

He ejected the magazine and doesn’t even appear to realize it. Glocks don’t have a mag disconnect safety so it would still fire with a finger on the trigger, but then the weapon is empty.
He has the tactical awareness of a grocery bagger.

ICE is BEGGING for the violence. Miller is BEGGING for the violence. They want the first punch thrown so they can come in rushing with batons and beat the everloving shit out of everyone. When the party warning of civil war for years has unfettered power, the next step is to create the war they have been predicting.
