The hoops the left is jumping through to defend ms13, but individuals locked up from Jan 6th never received a court date or were charged with a crime. Make it make sense
Give us some names of folks locked up because of January 6 that did not receive a court date or were not charged with a crime.

Npr? Left leaning for sure. Same ol tired argument. You definitely know you have a losing position when that's the argument you're making. "Let's justify crime by one group because I found a biased study saying their crimes are less likely to occur, so therefore let's ignore the crime."
Literally nobody is making that argument. Nobody is justifying any crime. Insisting on due process is not the same thing.

I wish someone would show up at your door unannounced, cuff you, throw your ass in a hole for two weeks. I bet you'd be fucking crying your eyes out. As you should. Because that's inhumane. But maybe if it happened to you, you might see the point a little bit more easily.

14 amendment applies to citizens
This is true, but it doesn't **only** apply to citizens.

Nobody is going to talk law with you. To stoop to your level in order to have a "debate," I would have to forget basically everything I ever learned about law, government and half of my training in science. And I'm not going to do it. Read a book.

Correct. 14th Amendment due process also applies to noncitizens in the US.

"Once an alien enters the country, the legal circumstance changes, for the Due Process Clause applies to all persons within the United States, including aliens, whether their presence is lawful, unlawful, temporary, or permanent." Zadvydas v. Davis, 533 U.S. 678 (2001).

Who else does it apply to?

So we're saying you just have to find a way to illegally enter and now you're covered by the law? Wtf. Our govt is dumber than I thought

You have so many search tools at your disposal to get the answer you seek. I will answer questions posed to me in good faith by people who respect my expertise. You qualify on neither count. I'm not going to bandy crooked words with a witless worm.

This was your chance to shine but you blew it. Couldn't spin how someone here illegally should receive due process huh?
