As an actual Constitutionalist and former Pub who believed in law and order as prescribed by the US Constitution and Bill of Rights...I continue to be appalled by blatant, chronic, dishonesty from the current WH administration, their inappropriate use of ICE, and tyranny hoisted upon the People.

Firstly, I blame the lazy, uneducated American masses for this (electing the J6 ringleader) and SCrOTUS. Trump is not qualified to be POTUS. He is not a legitimate President. Colorado understood, but SCrOTUS continued to legislate from the bench. Jack Smith will testify publicly this week to this effect.

The Insurrection Clause disqualifies candidates for state or federal offices if they previously took an oath to support the Constitution when sworn into a public office but then engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the United States.

Kristy Noem (gnome) continues to lie about ICE as “perfect.” ICE and ATF (remember, Republicans called for their banning under Clinton - they were right) should be disbanded.

ICE idiots are back in Texas arresting men in road construction and pouring concrete - do you think one of their fat @$$es will do any manual labor? The TXDOT project is now going to take even longer! ICE's uniforms are a LIE because they are federal and not local/state enforcement. Camouflage vests, masks, and have “police” marked on them instead of ICE. ICE agents are not "police." Police are local law enforcement as defined in our country's DNA. The 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution ensures that local and state law enforcement (of the 19th Century) called militia had a right to their own guns. Police as local law enforcement is largely a 19th Century advancement - and replaced state and local militia.

Centuries of history and precedence in the use of Federalized troops/armies in law enforcement in Western Europe was a grave concern for the Constitutional Congress. Kings & Queens, often with the assistance and the blessing and coordination of Anglican, Catholic, Lutheran, Muslim, etc. churches used federal armies to keep the people in line. A guiding principle of the first was to separate local and federal law enforcement (as well as church and state), codified by Posse Comitatus, which made it illegal to use federal troops or officers in local law enforcement unless there is a declared insurrection.
