Tell me more about that. I see it has SIG on it but how does that make it a government weapon?
More to the point, why does that give them the right to shoot him? Are they claiming he drew the gun and then they beat him to ground and had to shoot him in self defense? I mean, shouldn't our first assumption be that he has First Amendment rights and legally has it?

Star Tribune: "
Several witnesses have already been transported to the Whipple building. ICE attempted to order local police from the scene, but O’Hara refused, sources said.

"

Him having a gun changes everything.
They don't need to establish probable cause to stop him? I doesn't matter if he has the gun legally? They didn't use excessive force? All the above? None of these matters just because he had a gun? Seems strange to me if that's all correct.

If the dead was going for it yes it certainly does. But only if the man threatened. There still is a second amendment that apparently is only suppose to applying to proud boys in ice outfits.

Also if the man threatened ice officers the killing shows their complete incompetence. There were five men beating the ever loving hell out of the dead. If they are so poorly trained that five of them and their tribal tattooed biceps cannot hold him down then their incompetence is a condemnation.

Depends if he pulled it or not.
