ICE must be abolished and everyone currently serving in it banned from any future law enforcement employment nationwide. Any agency found to have hired an ICE agent loses all federal funding. Border patrol slashed at least by half and restricted to a zone within 5 miles of the Mexican and Canadian Borders, and CBP restricted to inside the property of ports of entry such as air and sea ports and border checkpoints on roads.

Department of Homeland Security should also be abolished and subordinate agencies that existed prior to its creation returned to where they came from and TSA handed over to the transportation department.

They would rather millions die in a civil war than this become a reality.
 
One again ICE/DOJ ensure they have zero credibility by immediately launching a narrative that cannot possibly hold up under even the tiniest level of scrutiny. They expect people to believe that this person's motive was to inflict "maximum damage" by shooting a bunch of ICE agents, when he walked right up to the agents without drawing, much less firing, the gun he had. The law on law enforcement shootings is so tilted in law enforcement's favor that all they have to do is say the agents feared for their life and they probably get away from it, but every time they feel the need to go multiple steps beyond where they need to do and in the process make sure no one believes anything they say.

Facts may come out different, but it looks like the guy that was shot was a counter protestor that briefly attacked the lady with a backpack. The backpack lady and a friend looked to be blocking the street and the dead guy was trying to motion cars around. Then the ICE guys came in with pepper spray and the dead guy started fighting ICE.
 
Witness says the victim was directing traffic, asking people to go slow because of the protest activity, when ICE confronted him and pushed him up on the sidewalk, then down to the ground.

No one can defend this. They will, but it will look pathetic. Public opinion is going to continue to turn so sharply against ICE.

Wrestling an adult in bulky clothing isn't that easy even 5 on 1. Eventually the 5 will win but hands and arms can slip out of someone's grip fast enough to grab a gun.
