DHS claiming protestor was trying to run over ICE agents.

I’ve watched three different videos. She was blocking traffic and she did drive away after being ordered out of her minivan, but no indication she tried to run over anyone. One agent had his arm on the window as she pulled away. And one of the agents shot into her car at least three times as she pretty slowly pulled away.

Mayor doesn't know if the city has the power to prosecute. Crime scene was secured by MPD and the investigation is joint between it and the FBI, and they will investigate if any city or state laws were violated.
