What was ICE after the guy for when things exploded?

How about non violent crimes or misdemeanors?

How about no crimes but overstaying / not showing up for hearing.?

Where do you draw the line? I sincerely would like to know given your claim of my mischaracterization.

100% emotionally driven statement. You have zero evidence or reason to suspect that accusation other than hyper emotion fueled in part by inflammatory, over the top rhetoric. If that’s wrong, provide the proof.

I think any immigrant who is convicted of a felony should be deported. I do not think a misdemeanor should have any impact at all on immigration. If someone has overstayed bit demonstrates that they have established themselves productively then clearly they are and were someone who is a positive contribution. That is not inconsistent at all with other areas of law such as adverse possession which basically legalizes theft of land after a certain time due to the benefits outweighing the negatives.

I absolutely think detaining people at hearings, etc is fucking stupid beyond comprehension. I also think Trump and company have done more to harm the overall effort to reign in immigration than any other administration. We are far closer to "open borders" becoming a reality than we ever have been because the backlash to this shit will be severe and will be a wild overcorrection.

And I will unequivocally state that ALL leaders of ICE and CBP need to face investigation and criminal trial once this shitshow of an administration is over.
