So once again, let's walk though it. In 2024, the people ICE arrested were 70% likely go have a criminal record (or pending charges):

Note that this is from ice.gov. Last time I posted these numbers, you responded with stupid shit like "Newsweek?", as if the source wasn't legitimate.
And in 2025, instead of 70%, it was around 30%, with less than 10% being violent offenders:

Full year data is not available yet, so this is dated late 2025. If you want to argue these numbers, you're going to find sources like "trust me bro" "Federal officials", Kristi Noem lying through her teeth, and other such propaganda. Which is basically all you have. So even if this ONE particular case was actually targeting a violent offender (which has a 90% chance of being untrue), who fucking cares. We're talking about a quota-based enforcement policy, which is completely stupid, and based on racist propaganda from people like Stephen Miller.
This is why, as I said before, you're a dime store Charlie Kirk. You start out with a falsehood and you base the rest of your arguments on that.
You mentioned the boarder bill being "garbage" earlier. But you never say why. The bill featured the following:
- Allowed DHS to temporarily shut the border under surge conditions (which is what happened starting in 2020, a surge) based on number of average daily crossings
- Overhauled asylum processing (making them much more limited and expediting removing conditions) and expanded enforcement, funded asylum processing/judges/etc
- Increased funding for border security overall
- It literally added funding for physical infrastructure (a fucking wall)
So why don't YOU tell me what was "garbage" about it, from your perspective? Because the reality is it was killed by Trump because it would take away from his campaign message that the border was in crisis. It would be harder for MAGA to trot out "Laken Riley!" to use as a political talking point. Which is all they care about, they don't care about her, just that her killer was a brown immigrant.
But you want to keep splitting hairs about exactly what crimes an immigrant needs to commit to get deported. But actual facts and reality are "stat manipulating games", because you don't want to address them.
