I remember having a, let's politely say, discussion with one of our now-absent members on exactly the last sentence here. This bright mind was awfully critical of the legal eagles on this board, but, for some reason, couldn't show me where the "but it's hard" exception to due process is.

Or DOJ, DoD, or State for that matter. I guess Bessent doesn't lie because he never talks about specifics; he just gaslights.

The only one who ever tells the truth even a little is Brooke Rollins. I believe her when she says you can guy a piece of chicken, a broccoli spear and a corn tortilla for $3. Of course the truth of that claim is damning in its own right, but anyway

I’m unclear of what Homan is saying. Is ICE being pulled out completely from Minneapolis of is he just ending the previously order increase (surge) of officers, with existing numbers remaining for now?

My assumption is that the surge has ended. ICE agents that work in Minneapolis full-time would remain.
 
Is Homan spectacularly different?

I mean isn’t he being instructed or otherwise led to be untruthful and misleading?
