Good for Bishop Budde for speaking truth to power. If politicians want to attend services in a place of worship, even if they are doing so for political purposes, they need to be prepared to hear the teachings on which that place is founded, as uncomfortable as that may be for them.

Expecting Trump supporters to be ok with "kindness and mercy" is like expecting them to be ok with minorities...it just ain't gonna happen.
