Depends. If we achieve all of our goals in the agreement then returning their frozen money seems reasonable. We’re trying to convince Iran to be a “normal” country so we’re going to remove sanctions if they comply with our demands. That’s the grand bargain Trump is shooting for

Think maybe we could have worked things out better if we hadn't have ambushed them?

My question very specifically made clear that we wouldn't achieve all our goals because Iran would be allowed to keep its uranium pending further "talks."

So, to be clear, will you be cool with us giving Iran billions of dollars in exchange for opening up the strait, or does Trump also need to accomplish the objective of getting the uranium?
 
Sliding scale of outcomes. Not a hard yes or no answer.

But merely for opening up the Strait, no.
 
What ever happens... will be just how Trump planned it. He will get the same deal as Obama, claim its a better deal, no regime change, everybody loses money except Putin and inside Trump traders. That's winning.

That gives you a lot of wiggle room to claim victory just like Trump. The key details of the peace deal will be billions for Iran and it keeps its uranium. Everything else is just window dressing.

This sure sounds like Obama thinking. Maybe he was right after all.

That’s not what Iran said. They said if they can’t use the strait, nobody can. Which as of now, appears to be true.
 


I’m swear to God, can’t a gal go day drinking on a Sunday afternoon anymore without news happening?
