This Netanyahu regime is corrupt and is an active participant/instigator to the messy middle east. There are a bunch of bad actors there and our "little brother" is not acting in our best interest... they are being exposed and its time for the US to make a decision(I think we will after your boy Trump) on Israel...if the people don't.

They are being exposed and losing support.
 
I just don't see where Iran goes from here. This blockade, if the economic numbers I have heard are close to being accurate, will crush them sooner rather than later.

Is this blockade going to work. I already saw a story a Chinese tanker left the strait yesterday. Is Trump going to physically/violently stop a Chinese or Russian ship? If he doesn’t the blockade is worthless. If we attack will they start another war? How long is this sustainable? How long to achieve the goal of economic collapse or submission of Iran? Can we really last that long? Has Trump thought about the answer to any of these questions or is this just the reaction of a toddler in chief?

Ask yourself one simple question . Who is most likely to fold under pressure, Trump or Iran?

They are both under pressure. You have to admit that. The pressure might not even be close to equal but I'm not sure how great the disparity is. But I'm damned sure which way the advantage in intelligence and particularly mental fortitude lays and it's not even close. How you ever seen a bigger collection of chickenshits, degenerates or moral cowards in your life than this mountebank act? How in the hell do you expect them to hold up? I just hope they don't get even more stupid.

I don't know if Trump is smart/mentally capable enough to realize how much pressure he's under, but every Republican in the House and every Republican senator up for election this fall sure as hell do. It's entirely possible they're all as flaccid as Trump's dick at this point, but the prospect of electoral humiliation may cause a few of them to find a spine.

Something like 90% of Iran's economy is based on oil exports. If Iran can't export oil, due to the blockade, how do they continue to function, regardless of what Russia and China are able to do?

BTW, 35% or more of China's oil comes from Iran.

I mean the Silk Road ran through Iran. Iran is not a small isolated country that doesn't have levers of trade, power, proxies, trading partners - including powerful ones.

Frankly, we're all stupider from having to "analyze" Trump's incredible ignorance and stupidity about the Persians and read laughable JCD defenses of said idiocy.

Trump's a fool who was talked into this war and/or blackmailed by Bibi and continues to mostly do his bidding (e.g., flip-flop on the inclusion of Lebanon in the ceasefire).

I feel like you’re really close to getting it. Maybe try reviewing the posts that mentioned a Chinese ship moving right through the Strait in apparent defiance of the US “blockade” and expand that to all Chinese ships moving through without consequence.

The goal of the blockade is to prevent Iran from exporting oil. Chinese ships, at least those that have gotten through, unless they are being allowed to pick-up oil from Iran, wouldn't undermine the intent of the blockade, right?

EDIT: On a side note, NBC is reporting that the Chinese ship wasn't going to Iran, but was just passing through carrying methanol.
