This is the shitshow the Trumpanzees voted for. They are too dumb and/or proud to admit they were wrong about Trump.

Going into this war was the single dumbest decision any president has made in my lifetime, and Trump makes that decision even worse with each passing hour.
I posted this a couple of days ago, but it's telling that nearly all of our usual MAGA/bosider posters here have almost completely stopped posting on this thread. Even they know how bad it looks and so they aren't even trying to polish this turd.

They are just showing themselves to be the feckless cowards we’ve always known them to be. That’s alright, though. They can run but they can’t hide! When Woke 2.0 happens after the midterms, I’m going to personally oversee ram getting his pronouns permanently tattooed on his forehead by a blue haired barista with a nose ring, while personally escorting Calla to his anger management psychotherapy course led by transgendered drag queens.

They might just not be willing to debate. Remember the message that the MAGA crew is getting from their sources is very different. There are plenty of people who are supporting this war, and in fact see Trump as some sort of bold hero for making the decision to engage. I'm quoting here a person from a weather message board (where they also have off-topic posts)... this is how others might be thinking. DISCLAIMER THAT I AM ONLY QUOTING THIS MESSAGE AND THESE ARE NOT MY OPINIONS

"Reminder. Regime Change was not the Goal. Would have been icing on cake. But was left solely up to Iranian citizens. The Mullahs are warped in their 12th Iman cult ideology. Its what has motivated them 24/7/365 for decades on end. They shocked all intelligence agencies showing they posses missles to reach 4000km, not just 2000km which was where everyone had their max capability at. We have been kicking the can down the road with Iran since Reagan. Every administration has tried the pacifier solution and all thats done is embolding them and increased their opportunity to destroy Israel and destroy America. They make zero bones about it. Take them at their word. " Death to America" isnt aa cliche. They mean it, sincerely. The 1st chance they get to wipe us, jews off face of earth. They will seize the opportunity and not hesitate one second. So folks can use current circumstances to score political points, etc. But centcom, admin knew they werent gonna wipe the mullahs off the scene. Would have been nice, but without boots on ground and most importantly citizens of Iran willingness to do it. Would be impossible. However knocking the IRG back 5 decades by absolutely wrecking ball all their AF,Navy,Missle launchers, Nuclear Sites etc was doable and the goal. Knowing fulll well the risk of Iran sabatoging energy globally. 20% of worlds oil supply flows through S.O.H. was highly likely gonna be the fallout. Yes it will be costly energy, gas price wise. And that will be costly politically. Common sense the Legacy Media and Uniparty, who they are in lock step with. Will not let a crisis go to waste. But kudos for eradicating this threat for several more years. Only option. Cause flying pallets of cash in, trying the pacifier approach only funds the beast more and its proxies.

Admin did the right thing. Job well done. A job Reagan, Bush1,Bush 2, Clinton,Obama,Biden All blew off and didnt have the go-nads to do."

I still think cheney's, i mean bush's, decision to invade Iraq was worse, but this may eventually surpass it.
To be fair, we did get rid of Iraq's nonexistent nuclear weapons and accomplished regime change.
America lost 5,000 lives and 33,000 were wounded with a cost of around 2 trillion dollars, but now we can sleep safe and sound comforted by no longer fearing nuclear attacks from Iraq.

Now we just have to wait to see how many American lives will be lost and wounded and what the cost will be to get rid of Iran's nonexistent nuclear threat and meet our mission for regime change so we can sleep safe and sound comforted by no longer fearing nuclear attacks from Iran.

During their conversations, the crown prince has argued that allowing Iran to limp on as a failed state means it will continue to pose a threat to the security of the Gulf region, and that getting rid of the government is the only way to eliminate the danger.

Prince Mohammed is also said to have pressed for attacks against Iran’s energy infrastructure and argued the U.S. should consider putting boots on the ground to force the government out of power.

My guess is that between MBS and Bibi that we will have boots on the ground before this is over. For Trump to stand up to those two would be nice because he can't possibly achieve regime change by doing that. And if its a matter of higher gas prices, then I'm cool with it to avoid a catastrophic mistake. Frankly, those two deserve Iran in their backyard.

That’s the first mainstream outlet to report on the assassination attempt rationale for the strikes. Is there any credible evidence that Iran actually tried to kill Trump, or is it just a total fabrication by Bibi/Israel?
I assumed the implication was that Bibi authorized the assassination attempt to let Trump know he could (and would) take him out anytime Trump didn't do his bidding. If that was the case, it seems to have worked like a charm. Bibi publicly blaming it on Iran as the ostensible carrot to get Trump moving is the cherry on top, from Bibi's perspective at least...

The Persians and Arabs have had bad blood for 14 Centuries. Iranians are still p*ssed that the Muslim invasion, which took advantage of a weakened Persia following a war with the Byzantine empire, changed the Farsi alphabet to Arabic script and made them write from right to left.

This is next level hate (Arabs vs. Persians) that only seeks suffering for the other...and it's beyond Shia vs. Sunni. The Iranians had no problem bombing Shia, Arab Muslims in Iraq.

$6T for the WoT altogether. I really question if OBL didn't actually accomplish his goals...to bring the giant down and crumble from within. We elected Caligula. Twice.

OK, what's this thing about double the missile range? I have a good friend who is an attorney who has randomly been spouting that stuff this last week as well.

The launch, however unsuccessful, suggests that Iran has not been transparent about its missile programme.

Tehran has previously stated it had unilaterally limited the range of its missiles to 2,000km. But Israel now claims that Iranian missiles have double that range – up to 4,000km. That would put not just Diego Garcia in its sights, but also much of mainland Europe.

Despite its own claims, Iran has long been known to have short-range ballistic missiles - with a maximum range of 3,000km. It is what they have been firing frequently at Israel and neighbouring Gulf nations over the past three weeks.

Before the war, Iran was believed to have had stockpiles of more than 2,000 short-range ballistic missiles. Despite the US and Israel targeting these munitions, they are still being launched.

Less clear is Iran's intermediate-range ballistic missile programme - with a range of between 3,000km to 5,500km.

In retrospect, probably yes, but I think the general perception of using military invasion (Iraq vs Afghanistan aside) was different because of 9/11 revenge factors.

Nothing self-serving in the Prince's message, is there? Arabs wanting the Persians defeated? Who benefits from the destruction of Iran's energy infrastructure?

Do we really think anyone tells the truth about their military capabilities? It would be one thing if there was a treaty in place with them that they would produce them but now... You'd have to bet that the research would have continued anyway. They surely have had reason to distrust us for three quarters of a century. Why is this a big deal?

“… but we’re talking to the right people and they want to make a deal so badly, you have no idea how bad they wanna make a deal…”🤝

How can you set that aside? That was the crux of the problem. I don't call it a mistake because they were looking for an excuse to go after Iraq before Shrub was even elected.

The Guardian reports that Pakistan is trying to broker a deal but whoever they are talking to in Iran refuse to talk to Kushner and Witzkoff again. They want to negotiate with JD Vance.
