You were comparing Pakistan to Israel. Why? Because they are about the same age as countries? There is nothing in common there. I'm not going to apologize for observing the objective stupidity of this point. Let's see if anyone defends you on this one. Pakistan is much more like Palestine than Israel.
 
Bad people killing bad people. The world is full of bad people. When you live in a country like the US, the way you must rationalize all this is by supporting the bad guys that won’t do harm to you and are killing bad folks that do want to do you harm. It’s really that simple. Israel is effective at killing a lot of terrorist leaders that would love nothing more than to kill Americans. Therefore, they should continue.

40,000+ killed in Gaza (half children) are bad people and deserve it?
What makes you think they want to kill Americans? You think that are barbarians and they wake up in the morning and randomly decide they want to kill Americans?
Also, only one of these sides has been caught spying on the US and has attacked a US naval ship (USS Liberty)….spoiler alert, it wasn’t Palestinians.

A couple hundred years. David united Israel in about 1000 BC. They split into 2 about 100 years later. Then lost the north to the Assyrians in 722, and the south to the Babylonians in 586. They were a subject state forever after, until the Romans kicked them all out permanently in the 130s AD.

It's kinda funny in a way. If the Exodus story is true and they conquered the land, then the way they held on to it gives them a pretty dubious claim on the land they're on. Otoh, if that story isn't true and they originated there as a lot of scientists think from archeological evidence, then it is their ancestral home. Still not much of a claim, though.

No, of course they aren’t but the leaders they elected would absolutely love to kill Americans. In a perfect world, no one kills anyone. That’s not the way the world works. People want to kill people. I live in America. I have to choose a side in this global conflict. Israel is a democracy and has no interest in harming America. Hamas is a horrible regime that rules over Palestine. They would love to kill Americans. I am for no wars. But again, that’s not realistic. Israel has systematically killed so many leaders that hate America. I don’t have a choice of saying both of you act nice. They arent going to. With that as a backdrop, I support Israel.

Why do you think they hate America? Do you think that America bombing them might have something to do with it?

And what makes Israel a democracy? It’s only a democracy for European Jewish citizens. The rest are treated as second class citizens.
Also, Israel only uses the US. What do we get out of this “alliance”? And what other allies have one that has spied on the other multiple times?
We’re at a point where US politicians put Israel first before American citizens. Imagine if all that money sent to Israel was given to hurricane victims. And why does the US have to interfere?

The US budget doesn’t work in a way where if we spent less money on Israel than it would mean more for the hurricane victims. There’s always enough money.
They hate America because they see the wealth and what they view as excess. They also have a lot of religious zealots that think they have been called by God to kill us.

That’s not the reason they hate America. If it was because they hated excess wealth, then Saudi Arabia would be their biggest enemy. However, the reason they hate the American government is because of our tendency to stick our nose in regions where it doesn’t belong and align ourself with Israel unconditionally.

However, Israel wants to scare people by saying we need your support because these terrorists will target you next. It’s simply not true. They are acting out because they are under an occupation and treated like animals. Any people living in conditions like that will eventually act out.

I guess I don't know who besides Hamas would need the benefit of PR. Palestinian citizens certainly don't. The world is behind them and horrified by the pictures and videos coming out of the area.

Who's perception do you believe the pictures and videos are meant to improve, of not Hamas?

In 1945, when the UN was officially formed, there were less than 100 recognized sovereign states in the world. There are over 200 now. The Muslims in India began pushing for a homeland in 1940 and it was granted in 1947 - same year as Israel. Does Pakistan have to defend its existence? Have any of the over 100 additional sovereign states had to justify their existence? The answer is obviously no. Nobody says a word about any of them, yet it's Israel, who is surrounded by people who's publicly stated goal is wipe them off the Earth, who has to continually defend its right to exist and defend its right to defend itself.

Yup. You hit the nail on the head here. Israel is killing people that want to kill us. Israel is taking out our enemies for us. Israel doesn't want to create a caliphate across the entire world. Supporting Israel, even with its flaws, is the no-brainer here. Hell, we supported Stalin before and all the way through World War II.

They, like the Christian Nationalists and the Zionists hate secularism because secularism calls out their ignorance, fanaticism and mysticism. Instead of making them chosen people, secularism insists that they are lost and benighted.
