Meanwhile, earthquake detection in Iran suggests HEAVY bombing (which got changed to “binging” at first by applicable software — Apple?) by Israel — of Fate saying GFY to the Iranian PTB.

I doubt it is, but if Iran had even a single nuke I think they would likely use it on Israel if they thought their own survival (or, more specifically, the Iranian government's survival) was in jeopardy. I don't think many Americans realize just how small Israel is geographically - including occupied areas in the West Bank it's about the size of New Jersey - and thus would be extremely vulnerable to even one nuclear bomb. Again, I doubt that Iran has one (at least yet), but unlike some I think they'd be willing to use it if they thought Israel was on the verge of destroying their government or economy.Or an underground nuclear bomb test.
Russia is paying N. Koreans to fight in their military because they can't defeat Ukraine. At what point does Russia get further pulled in? Iran is the supplier of Shahed drones and surface to air missiles. I have no doubt Putin wants to “mediate” in order to keep the Iranian military support flowing.
Looks like we're about to head to war, ladies and gentlemen.
you mean like the 20 year war in afganistan vs brown people on camels or the vietnam war vs orients with mules donkeys water buff in rice fieldsMaybe, but it won't be much of one. Iran is completely castrated.

America usually assumes people want to choose their leaders and want religious freedom, etc. That area of the world wants neither. Our country's recent history in this region is that we overestimate others' military capability, we overestimate the probability of regime change and, when regime change does occur, we overrate our ability to forecast the consequences of regime change.
I'm skeptical that any American has a solid grasp of what is going to happen next.
We aren't sending ground troops into Iran. The most we would do would be airstrikes and cruise missiles.you mean like the 20 year war in afganistan vs brown people on camels or the vietnam war vs orients with mules donkeys water buff in rice fields
the only thing impressive about our military is how much we spend on it yearly
Ironic post is ironic.America usually assumes people want to choose their leaders and want religious freedom, etc. That area of the world wants neither.
