So sorry to infer that the testimony today is taking a backseat? But maybe we are all suffering from TWS “Trump Weariness Syndrome”? That said we have a draft dodging silver spoon manchild asshole for the President of the United States of America!?!
I’m at my limit with being civil as these folks are nothing if not confrontational and basically unable(too dumb) to support what they are saying? If Fox News doesn’t provide it they have nothing to explain Iceland/ Masked ICE agents/bitcoin grift/lawsuit malfeasance, etc.) when during Covid they absolutely hated masks?
The hypocrisy is appalling and apparently a feature?
I’m just really disappointed in my country which we came to in the 1700’s.

Come on UNC folks are we just gonna change the channel? At 67 years old I am ready to call the question… America or do we just bag it?

I always attribute it to my grandfather who actually taught me it. But working in Chapel Hill with such an erudite population I was informed that the quote is from a 1933 book and is actually a very old tale about trying to cheat death! While funny as a retort it should be a good example of control of the future!

As an attorney NYC how do you not agree with this man saying he thinks that Trump was a criminal is not a wrong take? I trust your judgment to some degree?
I’m also somewhat embarrassed that as much as I depend on you for your research and information I feel comfortable trying to call you out! I seriously love you for your enlightenment and actual verification of information that I rely on! Just some days are better than others but all of you here I truly appreciate!

Trying to parse the question — I am not a criminal lawyer or even a litigator, but for what it’s worth I do believe that Smith had Trump dead to rights on the documents case. I think the J6 case was going to be a lot trickier to get a conviction, but based on what I saw from the J6 committee and the NYE testimony drop from the prior Smith hearing, it sounds to me like it was a reasonable case to bring.
