I think she got the nose shaved but also raised to create more space between lips and nose to create room for lip enhancement. Also cheek implants and eyelid lifted.

She was naturally pretty before but now she's halfway to Lord Voldemort with that nose.

She definitely is. But she has also altered her face unnecessarily. She started as a a beautiful (if sorta munchkin sized) young woman and has done some Michael Jackson adjustments that are pretty harsh. She is also in her 30s (and her appearance has gone through natural changes due to pregnancy).

All I am saying is that at this moment in time -- or I guess I should say the last time I saw a video of her talking -- the press secretary has an appealing face. Unlike everyone else in that montage, who at best look horrible and some look like aliens. Susan Dell -- yikes! Which is maybe why I didn't recognize her in that short clip.

I mean, to a certain extent the press secretary is a model. That's why they have been women how many times in a row now? So they should be pretty. Biden's are.

From some time I spent perusing plastic surgery sites today that promote MAL face, it costs $250,000 for the look and a ton of quarterly upkeep treatments after that for $8k - $25k per year. Yikes!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow. Lots of $$$ for a crappy look.

Could that just be make-up? Don’t see evidence of lots of plastic surgery but I’m no expert.
