I think she got the nose shaved but also raised to create more space between lips and nose to create room for lip enhancement. Also cheek implants and eyelid lifted.
All I am saying is that at this moment in time -- or I guess I should say the last time I saw a video of her talking -- the press secretary has an appealing face. Unlike everyone else in that montage, who at best look horrible and some look like aliens. Susan Dell -- yikes! Which is maybe why I didn't recognize her in that short clip.
Wow. Lots of $$$ for a crappy look.From some time I spent perusing plastic surgery sites today that promote MAL face, it costs $250,000 for the look and a ton of quarterly upkeep treatments after that for $8k - $25k per year. Yikes!!!!!!!!!!!

Was thinking the same thing. Melania still looks good. I don't find the others attractive at all.
Melania’s work is much more subtle than typical MAL face, perhaps in part because she started with well defined bone structure etc.
