You make the guns & accessories illegal with 2-3 year transition period where criminal charges are held in abeyance but illegal guns are collected when found by police. You also encourage folks to voluntarily turn in guns & accessories that are now illegal in order get them out of circulation. It will not get all illegal guns and accessories out of circulation immediately, but - when combined with significant criminal penalties after the transition period is complete - it will take a major step in that direction over a 2-3 year period (plus the next couple of years when a lot of folks will likely end up in jail for gun violations).
My original comment concerning you on this topic was that your contributions to the topic would be logical fallacies and utter nonsense...and, again, you've already proven me right. At this point, I'll take my own advice and simply step out of the conversation because I know that you have no intention of actually agreeing to significant gun control, as you've made it clear through at least a decade of online discussions on the topic that thousands of dead children and innocent adults a year are a price you're willing to pay to prevent significant gun control and you are unwilling to intelligently consider any other outcome. As I said, your approach to the problem of gun violence is best described as, "We've done nothing and we're all out of ideas." and you've once again shown how correct that summary is for you.
