None of the network news programs are covering what Trump is doing.
I believe CBS is now or about to be under the care of Bari Weiss, a conservative (despite her claims that she's not) and so like most legacy news media over the past few years CBS is definitely moving steadily to the right. At this point news media that is willing to call out Dear Leader is definitely in the minority and an ever-growing majority of our news media is already blatantly right-wing (Fox, OAN, Newsmax, local Sinclair-owned TV stations), steadily moving to the right (CBS, CNN, Washington Post, LA Times, etc.), or has been cowed by Trump into avoiding sharp disagreements with him or his administration (ABC, NY Times, NBC, etc.). Increasingly liberals and Trump critics are going to be forced to rely on foreign news media in the UK, Canada, etc. to get an accurate view of what's going on. Which is pretty much what happened to news media in Hungary.

RIP Washington Post

Glad I canceled that subscription last year. It used to be a quality paper.

Never mind
Never mind
The war was lost
The treaty signed
There's truth that lives
And truth that dies
I don't know which
So never mind

The HuffPost headline calling it "prophetic" is a little over the top since anyone with two brain cells to rub together could see what was coming.

Pre-Election, All-Caps New York Times Headline Goes Viral For Prophetic Warnings About Trump

The New York Times last year plastered a rather prophetic warning across the front page of its Sunday Opinion section, cautioning that the Republican Party’s then-presidential nominee, Donald Trump, would follow through with some of his most troubling promises from the 2024 campaign trail.

“DONALD TRUMP SAYS HE WILL PROSECUTE HIS ENEMIES ORDER MASS DEPORTATIONS USE SOLDIERS AGAINST CITIZENS PLAY POLITICS WITH DISASTERS ABANDON ALLIES,” the cover warned in all-capital letters. “BELIEVE HIM.”
