Thanks to the information I learned about Morrow on this board, my wife (also a teacher who votes primarily Republican in other races) cast her ballot for Mo Green this morning.I know some teachers from ruby red school districts that are usually all about the magic R and they are not voting for her. Small sample, but gives me hope
Hard to believe almost half of North Carolinians voted for this lady.As bad as yesterday was, so thankful that Morrow was defeated. A bit worrisome it was so close, but at least she's out for now.
I find it easily believable.Hard to believe almost half of North Carolinians voted for this lady.
If you have a hard time believing she almost got half the vote, then how much of the vote do you think she would have gotten had the Republicans not nominated someone at the top of the in-State ticket who supported a return of slavery and proclaimed himself to be a Nazi?Hard to believe almost half of North Carolinians voted for this lady.

You and I both need to understand NC betterHard to believe almost half of North Carolinians voted for this lady.
Yep, the average American is deeply ignorant and tribal.I find it easily believable.
We just voted for Trump for the third time in a row.
Democrats across the state and across the country should be praying that she primaries Tillis.i really, really never needed to hear this woman's name again but here we are. gross.

MAGA Michele Morrow vs. Timid Thom Tillis?
Conspiracy theorist and former Superintendent of Public Instruction nominee is sending up a trial balloon.www.politicsnc.com
i mean, i guess.Democrats across the state and across the country should be praying that she primaries Tillis.
Tillis gonna lose anyway. That seat is going to flip.Democrats across the state and across the country should be praying that she primaries Tillis.
That’d be nice, but I’m never highly confident when it comes to statewide races for federal office in NC. In my lifetime of nearly half-a-century, it had happened only five times (with two of those times happening in the same election year): Jimmy Carter in 1976, Terry Sanford in 1986, John Edwards in 1998, and Barack Obama and Kaye Hagan in 2008.Tillis gonna lose anyway. That seat is going to flip.
Yeah. I agree. Can't believe Mark Robinson got the nomination based on a speech about gun rights in Greensboro but I guess the really crazy stuff didn't come out till after the primary.i mean, i guess.
she'd probably lose in the general election, again.
but it isn't good that people like her are more and more normalized in our society.
she's an ignorant lunatic who shouldn't be anywhere near any level of government.
