Nancy Guthrie Kidnapping Thread

Would be awful/wild if she was only two miles from her home this whole time. Two miles is a lot of space but I think that area is a bit more sparse in terms of homes.

Edit: They just showed a map and there's a lot more homes than I thought. Still would be interesting.

It's clear that this is the biggest break yet. Over two dozen vehicles at this place. Sadly, not emergency or ambulance type vehicles but evidence related vehicles and SWAT stuff.

Looks like there is a report that 3 people were detained and unconfirmed that a 4th died (self-inflicted gsw).

TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - A Shadow Hills resident tells News 4 Tucson that she witnessed three people being detained during a SWAT operation on Friday night. According to an unconfirmed report by a neighbor, another person shot himself in the head.

This comes after a SWAT situation occurred in the Shadow Hills neighborhood on Feb. 13. A man and a woman were detained at the house, and a third person was detained in a traffic stop, according to sources close to the investigation.

The Pima County Sheriff's Department said the SWAT operation was in connection with the Nancy Guthrie investigation.

A PCSD vehicle was seen blocking the roadway at East Placita De Graciela and East Camino de Michael.

Details are limited, and a statement is expected to come soon.
