Belichick is obviously a very accomplished coach, but I'm not sure a 72 year old coach is the right answer.

But if the rumors about what he demanded UNC do to get his services are anywhere close to correct, Carolina Football will be far better off even if he's not terribly great himself.

Another head coach without an existing staff…….we tried it with Bunting, Davis, and Mack 2.0……..this time with a coach with no college experience and the guys who’ve coached for him are NFL guys AND don’t currently coach for him.

How many Belichick disciples leave the NFL to join him coaching in college?

I’m doubtful this succeeds.

Who is the current Ken Browning in North Carolina high school coaching circles? He might make a good addition to the staff.

"accomplished" is an understatement. He is the greatest football coach in the modern era.
