Also, I know this is a pissing match thread to give people space to have it out without misdirecting other threads, but it is not intended as a personal attack free for all.

Vivek isn't an immigrant. Musk owns lots of properties. Trump routinely refuses to pay contractors for services rendered. All of these are verifiable facts that you do not believe.

After the truth was knowable, Trump was not about to walk back his comments. Unsurprisingly, he doubled down. “Our Country is a disaster, a laughing stock all over the World!” Trump spewed on his Truth Social platform. “This is what happens when you have OPEN BORDERS, with weak, ineffective, and virtually nonexistent leadership.”

What strikes me about this story is not just that Trump continued to spread lies after the facts came in. It’s that he was so quick to exploit the tragic attack, then aggressively asserted his original truthfulness. I can barely type the madness he posted early Thursday morning: “TRUMP WAS RIGHT ABOUT EVERYTHING!” …”

That guy is rapidly moving up the ladder of utterly loathsome, despicable, and worthless Trumpers. He's literally the head of Oklahoma's public schools and he's blaming his own teachers for causing terrorism, while scamming the state budget and taxpayers by buying huge numbers of Trump Bibles to place into classrooms. He's really a monster in many ways, and probably heading for a long political career in high Oklahoma politics unless he gets caught in a scandal as you say. And these days even that may not bring him down. All I can say is thank god I don't know anyone who teaches in Oklahoma's public schools and has to deal with this asshole on a regular basis, and thank god that the crazy NC GOP Public Schools Superintendent didn't get elected, or this exact same shit would be happening here in no time.
