Post how much you paid for eggs today

After reading this thread I had an egg sandwich for lunch just to own the magas.
And because I really like eggs.

A great orator and word smith once said "what can be, unburdened by what has been" You used to like word salads. I guess times have changed.
That statement works in the right context. That can't be said off 99% of trumps statements.

I'm sure you agree with him blaming the big things on other people, right. I mean fuck accountability if your worshippers don't fact check anything.

The country can move forward. Think of what can be, unburdened by what has been. Seems sort of poetic compared to big strong men with tears in their eyes thank me for nothing.

Now this, this is a gifted orator:

“She destroyed the city of San Francisco. It’s — and I own a big building there. It’s — no — I shouldn’t talk about this. But that’s OK. I don’t give a damn because that’s what I’m doing. [cheers from crowd] I should say it’s the finest city in the world — telling ‘Get the hell out of there’ — right? But I can’t do that. I don’t care. You know. I lost billions . . . billions of dollars. You know? Somebody here . . . ‘What do you think you lost?’ I said, ‘Probably two-three billion.’ They said, ‘You think you’d do it again?’ And that’s the least of it. Nooobody [pause] . . . They always say . . . I don’t know if you know . . . [inaudible] Lincoln was horribly treated . . . Uhhh . . . Jefferson was pretty horribly . . . Andrew Jackson, they say, was the worst of all . . . that he was treated worse than any other president. And, I said, ‘do that study again,’ because I think there’s nobody close [laughter from crowd] to Trump. I even got shot. And who the hell knows where that came from, right?”

I mean this flows, doesn't it?

Of course, he never actually completed a coherent thought, but everyone's used to that. It's normal for him.

Sort of like saying people can't work remotely while he's supposedly working from a golf course. But the cult loves him therefore it's ok if he fucks up the country as long as you can point back to a time when Harris butchered one sentence.

The cost of food at home rose 0.5% in January from the previous month and 1.9% since the year before, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. This increase is partly attributed to skyrocketing egg prices, but there's another food category that might be giving shoppers sticker shock: beef.

Sirloin steak prices averaged $11.97 per pound in January, just shy of November's record high of $12.01 per pound. In addition, ground beef prices averaged $5.55 per pound, again not far from the record high of $5.67 per pound set in September.

Overall, the cost of beef and veal has gone up 5.5% since last year.

6.99 dozen for organic (only kind available) at Publix

But on the bright side we are finally laying off all of those lazy military veteran DEI government hires playing golf instead of working.

If only we could do that with the draft dodger.

I went to the grocery store today (a Publix in Richmond, VA), and there were no eggs at all - white, brown, large, jumbo, nothing. No eggs at all. The entire case where the eggs should be was empty.

Lol, and if the precise same thing were occurring under Biden because of the exact same circumstances, MAGA would be going insane nonstop.

Remind me again who the snowflakes in our divided politics are...
