Whats pretty amazing is that now i don't know what the price of either eggs or gas are. Social media was full of breathless updates about such prices for years not to long back. I don't know if all those folks became vegan and stopped driving or what.

I picked up 24 pasture raised at Costco yesterday for $10. I had 18 at home and normally would not buy if I already had that many, but they last so I figured why not. So yes I contributed to the shortage by buying eggs I don't really need right now.

Not really related, but I've been pleasantly surprised that the prices at my local WF have not risen nearly as much as the local Safeway. At least for the items I buy.

All I can do is LOL when I see a bunch of Democrats create a 10 page thread about egg prices when they were more than happy to not say a word about the 9.1% inflation created by a bunch of incompetent leaders which led to the high price of eggs, and everything else, to begin with.

Spoiler alert....prices will likely never come down to the level they were before. That is the price you pay for voting stupid people into office.
