This is actually a good thing coming from this admin. Personally I don’t drink much milk anymore as there are still reasons why cows milk in general is not agreeable w humans so I drink mainly coconut milk. But if you’re going to drink cows milk it is best to drink the whole fat.

The low fat craze actually made people heavier/less healthy because in order to make things palatable fat was replaced with sugar.
