No. It's living but not human if not aware. Physical health is not the only aspect. Being able to handle the mental, emotional and financial burden counts as well. This is not happening in a vacuum. Not all pregnancies are wanted. Some are forced. Some are failures in birth control (two of mine. We'd planned to have them but not then.)There are other people, other pressures and other obligations to consider.Obviously the mother's life takes priority at really any point in the pregnancy. I'm talking about a healthy pregnant mother with a growing human inside of her that has developed to the point that there is a true heart beat. While that thing may not be viable, can you say it's not living and not human?
Frankly, I'd rather a child be aborted than end up being hated, abused and beaten or even killed. None of them end up undamaged and it often leads to a cycle of abuse.
