You know how you sometimes grill up a nice juicy steak for dinner, and then your dog gets right up under you while eating and stares at you with those expectant dog eyes hoping for a nibble, so you give him some table scraps as a treat?

Well, Putin's at the table, and Trump is the dog kneeling next to him, hoping for some scraps.
Putin kicks dogs that beg.

Gotta give Tulsi credit...

Despite over 80% of Americans disapproving Putin, she remains a steadfast unapologetic Russian asset.

Outspoken Democrats have been pretty boisterous about NOT working with Pubs. They control all three branches of government. Let them find their own votes.
Do we want that? The democrats talk about working together, I believe they need to demonstrate that they are better than the pubs and are willing to work together.

Cooperate if they ask nicely and offer something in return. Don't volunteer and don't make it easy. That's still better than the Republicans have done this century.
Agree. And let them know they better act in good faith. Trump has a well documented history of not doing that.

I think congressional Dems should be open to working with Republicans when the legislation is reasonable and achieves something productive but they need to stand strongly united against policies that harm their constituencies. The GOP has the numbers to do what they want. If they’re going to act against the best interests of 80% of Americans, let them own it outright.

Here are the two quotes in the article where Gabbard mention Russia. I can't understand how you would get "steadfast unapologetic Russian" asset from either. Can you unpack you position to explain why you would make that claim.

"People who are celebrating are Russia and Putin, Xi and China," she said. "People who don't have America's best interests at heart. "

"[Russia is] going to say what their position is," Gabbard admitted. "What we should pay attention to here in the United States of America is the American people, so many people across the country celebrating the strong leadership that President Trump and Vice President Vance demonstrated in the Oval Office — something we have not seen over the last four years of the Biden administration."

The people “celebrating” this are the same old MAGA fools. They’d celebrate trump taking a dump on the Resolute desk.

Okay. That's an opinion but its likely correct. It doesn't really address his claim or my question. How do Gabbard's statement's lead to the conclusion that she is a steadfast unapologetic Russian agent?

The article is not well-written. I'm pretty sure that the first quote you attribute to Tulsi was actually part of the question. Like this:

FNC Host: People who are celebrating are Russia and Putin, Xi and China -- people who don't have America's best interests at heart.
Tulsi: "Russia going to say what their position is," Gabbard admitted. "What we should pay attention to here in the United States of America is the American people, so many people across the country celebrating the strong leadership that President Trump and Vice President Vance demonstrated in the Oval Office — something we have not seen over the last four years of the Biden administration."

When you present the conversation like this (and it's almost certainly the right way based on context and language structure), then Tulsi just advanced a pro-Russia position. Asked, "why do America's enemies love this?" she responded, "Trump is so awesome."

I've never understood Tulsi to be an actual Russian asset (is that really the allegation, or is it that she acts like one?), but she's definitely pro-Russia in her public statements, like everyone in the administration sadly enough.

It’s sadly ironic that MAGAts are now on the warpath of wanting the United States to leave NATO, when the United States is the only NATO nation to have ever invoked Article 5, and in fact, Ukraine sent troops to both Afghanistan and Iraq on our behalf- losing around 20 KIA- and yet we have not shed a single drop of American blood in Ukraine.
Ukraine sent troops to our wars? Did not know that. A talking point that needs to be talked about.

There's no point in negotiating at all if Trump can just impound the stuff he doesn't like.

I'm not entirely sure how Congress can address the issue, but until Congress does, there are no deals.

Unless Russia takes over the areas where the minerals are and is looking for international funding to extract them. But that would require Russia finding someone stupid enough to enter into some sort of joint agreement where Russia provides none of the funding but keeps all but a pittance of the "profits." Makes you wonder if Russia already has some mark lined-up and ready to be fleeced?
