I think you can stop wondering. Guarantee that most people have no idea what a class is, what it means to get it certified, or how to get a class certified. I mostly count myself in that group although I have a vague idea with a class is. Smarter than the average bear.

And AP classes in Social Studies are really going to be thrown into chaos, as they do emphasize a more rigorous curriculum and examination of controversial parts of American history compared to many classes. They'll likely have to water down what they teach significantly.
Yes, but then the teacher has to deal with those parents when their kid is behind, getting back grades, etc. It's going to put more work on teachers and more headaches. It will lead to even more grade inflation and students coming into the university who are not prepared, at all, to be there. (Yes, this is a global rant, not just localized at this one issue.)

No doubt. The issue is should parents be allowed to opt out of books that say doctors shouldn’t “assign” gender at birth for elementary school students? Some parents would rather elementary kids not get into all that. The issue is - should it be forced on them? That’s what the court was ruling on.
The Apple ones have been pretty lucrative as of late. I got a $1,500 rebate check plus $300 cash on one of the Honda battery cases. $5.45 would be ignored though.

I remember growing up many moons ago when one kid had to sit out of a class Halloween party because his parents were Jehovah's witnesses. Sucked for that nine year old but I can't imagine it was that difficult for the teacher. She just set up a desk in the hallway and let the kid read.
I guess I'd have to read these books to understand that point. Most of what I've read or 4ead about don't mention doctors assigning gender, they are more along the lines of what John Kennedy read aloud on the Senate floor.

I think this is correct. I am a little worried about fuckery when it comes to commonality, but what I like here is that for once, sanity has the advantage. Class cert will be much easier for meritorious suits than the 5th Circuit bullshit where they get a few doctors to whine and then suddenly we can't have abortions any more.
