Assuming Franklin Graham's description of the path to Heaven and its entrance requirements are correct, can we assume that making oneself a multimillionaire by exploiting the religious sincerity of those far less financially secure than oneself is a viable path to Heaven?

This has been an exceedingly common view in the history of Protestantism. I can't say whether it's the majority view, so to speak, but New England was founded by predestinationists.
