I did have an issue with the Biden Admin going after and over charging grandmas and realtors strolling in the Capital and leaving 15 minutes later.

I have no problem prosecuting the guys with guns in the bank, but I take exception to charging the guy who was just minding his business in the running car on the street.

Right, but you still constantly voice support for the guy who incited those people to storm the Capitol in the first place, who repeatedly lies, to this day, about the election being stolen and fraudulent, and got repeatedly found to have baselessly fabricated allegations of fraud in court on the same subject. Which is even worse.

Terrible analogy. The guy in the get-away car is not "minding his own business" but an active participant in the criminal enterprise so, of course, he should be charged with a crime.

1. Do you realize your second sentence contradicts your first. You are in fact voicing support for the insurrectionists (let's use the right words, please) because you are casting doubt on the legitimacy of the prosecutions. I shouldn't have to explain this to someone who ostensibly passed the bar exam and I won't. If you have any remaining confusion on this point, ask AI.

2. They charged people who committed misdemeanors with misdemeanors. As we've been pointing out, you want the rules to apply harshly to others, but really, really lax when applied to you and your peeps.
 
Randy Fine should be expelled from the House for that comment. It is intolerable for Reps to be slandering each other like that, not to mention the obvious racism.

If it was up to me, Fine would find himself in a hole in the desert. First time he gets to walk home.
