From the perspective of a lawyer, the way Trump has responded to this is nothing in the vicinity of complying with the court's order. If I responded to a court order the way he has, I would almost certainly be sanctioned, and I'd 100% deserve it.
Same for the multitudinous court orders ignored, delayed or otherwise mishandled by the administration.

Section 122 tariffs are capped at 15% and no more than 150 days unless extended by Congress. Not sure whether/if the statute limits reissuing substantially the same tariffs after the 150 days expires. The tariffs have to be uniform, so Trump can’t cut individual deals on these tariffs (though he can probably get to the same place by adjusting other tariffs on an individual country).

Have the farmers received a 12 billion bailout to compensate them for Trump's tariff policy ?

If so, how much went to corporate agri-business and how much went to small family farmers ?
It is supposed to be paid at the end of the month and no farm with income above $900,000 is supposed to get a payout, but who knows how that will be implemented and enforced.

I assumme Big Ag has all "separate" farms in their portfolio

For fuck’s sake report it as it is…

“…to prevent more farmers from financial ruin DUE TO TRUMP’S TARIFFS.”
