It is hard for me to see the NC Senate race being remotely competitive regardless. I don't know about house seats on the new map. Trump at 38% approval = Cooper winning handily.

"Came down to Charlotte today to work an ICE/Border Patrol watch shift with this Public School Strong crew. I got there at 1 pm, but everybody else here worked a full day and chased off ICE from this grocery store first thing this morning. We drove around Charlotte in patrols coordinated by Siembra NC and looked for signs of ICE activity. While we were at the grocery store, one of the employees came out with a shopping cart full of bottled water and gatorade and $40 to buy us lunch at the taco truck. She said, "This is from us, the employees of the store, we are so grateful you are here. I have lived here for 21 years and have never seen anything like what is happening now. Thank you." I am amazed by our community strength and resilience in this moment, grateful for the leadership of Siembra, the Carolina Migrant Network and so many others, and also hate that this is necessary. Let's do this now so we don't have to do this again. Links for trainings and how to get involved in the comments. Love and solidarity to all who fight."
