Anyone else getting snow today? It's snowing here and was coming down pretty hard a while ago.

Looks like the big one could be coming next weekend.

Pretty much all the weather computer models are showing a huge winter storm for NC and SC next weekend. Lots of snow and ice. More ice the further south of Raleigh.

It snowed for about an hour and a half this afternoon here in Burlington. It’s mostly all gone now at 5:30.

Mitch is a winter weather cheerleader but also pretty straight about the models.

I have decades more experience following weather in this area than he does to make me dubious, but he’s an expert and geeked about this weather pattern.

Yeah low of 1 for Winston next Monday. Love a good hard freeze- less bugs to deal with in the summer. Could do without the ice though.
