The alleged issue was not profits, it was the algorithm controlled by the CCCP and concerns the platform could be weaponized against the U.S. Government. Trump’s “solution” doesn’t seem to change that.

Keep in mind that Oracle is still liable for all the content they have been providing Tik Tok up until now. The fines would probably make the company insolvent.

I believe in the rule of law, and thus do I believe that Oracle should be fined per Congress' provisions. When that results in Oracle's insolvency, the US can take possession, and dividend out shares to all the people who owned it before minus Larry Ellison and his ilk.

Blue skies, smilin' at me
Nothin' but blue skies do I see

Bluebirds singing a song
Nothin' but bluebirds all day long

Never saw the sun shinin' so bright
Never saw things lookin' so right
Noticin' the days hurryin' by
When you're in love, my how they fly

Blue days, all of them gone
Nothin' but blue skies from now on

In my practice, unanswered questions means we don’t have a deal (much less a commitment), maybe a letter of intent subject to answering the questions.

The funny thing is I am sure as soon as the ink is dried gen alpha will decide that only old people use TikTok and then America will own the fourth coming of MySpace
