You can tell that Pirro also found The Subway Slinger hilarious. She is barely keeping it together there.
Whoever this guy is, he needs to take a lesson from Jussie Smolette: always hold on to your Subway.

If Jussie can do it while being the victim of a hate crime, this yahoo can do it.

Also, we cannot let Calla get away with characterizing what Obama said as a lie. It was not a lie. It was a simplifying approximation. After all, the vast majority of Americans kept their doctor and their health plan. The legislation itself did not affect doctor choice at all (that was merely a downstream effect), and only weird people who wanted to purchase shitty health insurance were unable to keep it.

To Calla this looks like a lie because he operates on such a low intellectual level that he doesn't really grasp what a simplifying approximation would be. He barely operates above the level of tautology.

Yet again, I have not even the remotest idea of what the hell you are talking about with regard to Roger Stone. I don't even know who Roger Stone is, and I am almost certain I don't care to know who he is, either. You like to do a whole lot of assuming that other people reside in the same weird media bubble that you do.
I know EXTREMELY well who Roger Stone is, and the fact Ram is defending that fucking asshole pedophiliac fraudster may be the most telling thing he’s posted in his LONG history of shitposting on this board. God, how fucking debased to you have to be to defend Roger Stone???

I know this thread isn't about the Putin/Trump meeting but I thought it appropriate on this thread that ramrouser is polluting with his beta-esque adoration of Donald Trump ("Daddy!" Alpha!"). What Trump is doing here waiting for Putin- clapping like a seal for him, completely emasculated in front of the entire universe, begging for validation from a strongman- is exactly why he (Trump) resonates so deeply with weak men like ramrouser.

As it turns out that was one of the most consequential lies ever told by a politician. Tricked a lot of people into supporting obamacare
I dont think it "tricked" anyone. I also dont think it was a lie in any malicious sense. I expect that Obama believed the program would be embraced nationwide and not become some political pissing match. Whatever the motivation or impact, we are lucky to have the ACA because it has undoubtedly improved Healthcare for tens of millions and arrested the escalation of health insurance premiums in a way no other attempt ever did.

Of course the current regime seeks to undo all of that work because apparently we would rather go back to 10% annual premium increases and millions more uninsured.

Damn, that looks SHARP! ICE already has 100k+ applications for new positions funded by the OBBB. It's going to be a tour de force in a year or so.

Maybe that's why Homeland estimates that 1.6M illegals have already self deported.
We somehow got taken over by the tackiest, low class people as well. Just trash always

It's "WHATABOUT!" and "BOSIDES!" - the go-to arguments of Trumpers much of the time.
There is just an infinite amount of hypocrisy on the left to highlight because you guys are completely unaware at best, or, more likely, unbothered by the hypocrisy you wear like a neon suit.

You voted for a man who is literally fellating Putin right now.

Eternity is an awful long time to regret supporting the most anti-christian regime to ever lead a Democracy.

You said on this thread that people's Healthcare is sacred while also supporting the undoing of that very thing. I dont think lectures on hypocrisy should be your forte.

They said they’re hiring 10,000 ICE agents and have received $100k applications. Promotions for the positions continue, so the current applicant pool may not be of sufficiently poor quality.

I was somewhat surprised that CFord was not familiar with Stone - he's a well know political operative who's been around since Nixon. I wasn't defending Stone (I said he was a goofball), I was pointing out that Biden's FBI arrested Stone with a swat team in a pre dawn raid as if he was a drug lord when such a show of force was completely unnecessary.

I disagree that it didn't trick anyone because much of people's initial support (especially those over 55, and both of my parents) was based on the lie that they could keep their existing dr. That was a major component of the initial support. The patient / dr relationship among the older groups is very important to them. There would have been much less upfront support for aca if people had known they were going to lose that relationship. Obama knew this as well which is why (per his admission) they lied about it. Any intentional lie about something you know is important to people and intended to gain their support which otherwise you might not have is both malicious and, a common complaint about liberals, displays a belief that you know what's best for people. It was purely the "ends justify the means" If aca was so good then why didn't they sell it without lying?

I do agree with you that, outside of people losing their drs in many cases, aca has had several positives and has helped reduce the out of control premium increases (mine has gone up almost 9% per year but would likely be more without aca). I always felt republicans were on the wrong side of the broken healthcare issue because they only gave it lip service when the dims were making it an issue. They have had a majority now twice and healthcare doesn't even make the top 10 issues to address. I don't know what the solution is going forward but it doesn't appear my party will provide any solutions. I would support universal healthcare and universal free post secondary education if we eliminate all other forms of g'ment benefits. My thought is if we (as a country) educate you and keep you healthy then a person should be able to make it on their on generally speaking.

I understand your desire to feel that way. You haven't been used to any potus from your party having any respect from russia, or nato for that matter. 2 dim presidents and two russian invasions. One shipped blankets and mre's and the other had to be led around by the hand to find his way from one room to the next. Good thing about your comments is that yours is based on hatred and hoped for failure, and there will be quantifiable results over his 4 years that can be objectively evaluated by experts to determine if fellatio occurred or not.

I don't think I did. Maybe you mistook something I said as supporting the undoing of it.

Lol. Have you seen the polls already? And we’re just six months in. I can’t WAIT for history to judge the enablers of this shitshow.

To a degree, I get your point. But the primary concern in both Stone and Trump’s cases was the destruction of documents. I didn’t see either situation as being one where violence was expected.

If the SWAT team showed up in Sean Dunn’s case because they, too, were concerned about a destruction of documents, than I think you would have a case here. As a show of force, however, it adds a layer of absurdism to an already absurd situation. While throwing a sandwich at a police officer isn’t the same as giving them a flower, it also was about as comical an act of “violence” as can exist. It’s almost slapstick. That he did it, knowing full well that the action would cause no actual physical damage to the officer, but also that the personal consequences would be severe, is significant.

Are we talking about trump fellating putin or now everything in his entire term? Either is ok but my comments were about how trump handles russia over his term and how that will be judged because that is what you were talking about. You guys love you some polls. I remember how giddy you were when the polls showed chef word salad up after brandon dropped out. How did those polls work for you in every swing state? You seem so out of touch and ignorant about anything outside of what whoopie and sonny tell you. Bet you have that set to record every day

Oh I don't think he thought for one second what the personal consequences would be. People who get inches from the face of someone just following orders and scream fascist aren't the ones who are known to be strategic in their actions. I think he had a true FAFO moment.
