Judge Scott McAfee just entered the following order at 2:05pm

NOTICE OF IMPENDING DISMISSAL FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION

The Georgia Court of Appeals having disqualified the entirety of the Fulton County District Attorney's Office from further handling of this case, the duty falls on the Prosecuting Attorneys' Office (PAC) to identify a replacement. Should an appointed prosecuting attorney or representative of PAC fail to file an entry of appearance or request a particularized extension within 14 days from the entry of this Notice, the Court will issue a dismissal without prejudice for want of prosecution.

SO NOTICED, this 3rd day of October, 2025.

Yep. The GOP-dominated Court of Appeals disqualified Fani, the GOP-dominated Supreme Court refused to hear her appeal, and now the GOP-led Prosecuting Attorneys' Council will either decline to name a replacement or do what it did with the charges against Burt Jones and affirmatively kill them. I still haven't seen you make even the slightest effort to defend any of the defendants, including Ray, on the merits, but you're absolutely right that they'll be protected by the Republican black hole that is the Georgia judiciary.

Now trump is going to come after her, and like comey, she’ll be an unsympathetic character most people don’t care about.
