Yep. And if it's not RFK, where will he put RFK? In a real position of authority or some meaningless figurehead role?I'm still waiting for that HHS secretary nomination.

Someone Trump can control? That appears to narrow it down to just about every current Republican.Trump nominated Gaetz because he wants someone he can control as AG. That's all that pick is about.
He also knows Gaetz is a psychotic ideologue who will shut down anything looking at the R side of the aisle and will constantly trash his enemies. Probably prosecute all the Bidens. Etc etcTrump nominated Gaetz because he wants someone he can control as AG. That's all that pick is about.
This should be grounds for refusing to hand over power. There are laws; they are not following the law; and they should forfeit their prerogative.Meanwhile, Team Trump continues to refuse to participate in the ordinary transfer of power steps.
Trump blows through transition deadlines, sparking security concerns
"With 67 days until President-elect Trump is sworn in, his administration-in-waiting is still bypassing the official process designed to facilitate the transfer of control over the vast federal bureaucracy.
Why it matters: Trump's transition team tells Axios they're still discussing the agreements needed to kickstart the transition. For now, future Trump administration officials won't have access to the agencies they'll soon lead, to secure communications systems, or potentially to security briefings and clearances.
...The Trump transition team has missed deadlines on two key agreements required by law: one memorandum of understanding with the General Services Administration and another with the White House.
- Trump's team has so far declined to sign agreements which would force them to disclose donors and pledge to avoid conflicts of interest.
1. The GSA agreement, due Sept. 1, outlines the terms on which a transition team can take up office space, IT services and other equipment and facilities.
2. The White House agreement, due Oct. 1, is more critical, as it grants the transition team with conditions of access to employees, facilities and documents of federal agencies.
- "Everything rests on this White House MOU," Valerie Smith Boyd, the director of the Center for Presidential Transition, told Axios. ..."
Let's let some leaks and pain foment on the side of the military (generals fired, unqualified DoD lead, etc), get them on our team first. This should be grounds for refusing to hand over power. There are laws; they are not following the law; and they should forfeit their prerogative.
Ideally, Biden would declare martial law and cancel the 2024 presidential election. Then he will set an election for November 2025. Both parties will be allowed and required to run new candidates (we're not just handing Kamala the victory). He would select someone to be acting president until then (maybe that could be Kamala or preferably someone else. I wouldn't even mind W, if he's willing to show his face).
Then he will kneel and ritualistically disembowel himself with a bamboo sword in his final act of honorable service.
I’m pretty sure they are all meaningless figurehead roles at this point.Yep. And if it's not RFK, where will he put RFK? In a real position of authority or some meaningless figurehead role?
They don't know and they don't really care. They live in an alternate reality where they get upset only about things that don't happen to them, and just go along with any depravations directed at them.Public generally has zero clue as to all the cases the Bureau works that take bad guys out that you never hear off. By design.
When Orange Turd lets Vivek eliminate the FBI and roll them into the National Police Force
who is going to do this work?
This is a major concern of mine, and should be a a major concern for everyone. The FBI works around the clock to thwart potential terrorist attacks (and other acts of violence). Thanks to the FBI, we have avoided many. I’m not sure we would have the same level of intelligence gathering (both domestic and foreign) in Trump’s America.Public generally has zero clue as to all the cases the Bureau works that take bad guys out that you never hear off. Without a doubt, our intelligence gathering and our national security will suffer. This is a major concern of mine, and should be a a major concern for everyone. This is why he wants to go with Gaetz. He is shamless and will gladly do all of that. In fact, he'll do it of his own accord.Makes one wonder if they would also be tasked with looking for those crossing state lines for abortions, donating to non-preferred candidates, etc.
Gaetz being in charge of tracking the whereabouts of ho’s and sluts does seem something of a natural fit. This is why he wants to go with Gaetz. He is shamless and will gladly do all of that. In fact, he'll do it of his own accord.
Oh, also, not enough people are talking about the Comstock Act. Gaetz will absolutely enforce that, and the Supreme Court is likely to do its thing with that act. Thomas has already said as much.
