Out of curiosity, outside of Trumpworld, what does one call it when a person is hiding in the bushes with a rifle waiting for the president to come up the fairway?Calling the second an attempt is only true in Trumpworld.
Maybe a plot but not an attempt. You need to at least be in eye shot for it to be an attempt.Out of curiosity, outside of Trumpworld, what does one call it when a person is hiding in the bushes with a rifle waiting for the president to come up the fairway?
That seems like a very small difference to me. To me, it seems like that guy attempted to assassinate Trump. It also seems like he plotted to kill Trump.Maybe a plot but not an attempt. You need to at least be in eye shot for it to be an attempt.
I'm keeping an open mind on the God one but yeah.As to the new title of this page, I say this.
No Gods.
No Kings.
No Masters.
And I will gladly die on that hill.
Then would you consider it an assassination attempt when the gunman actually shot into the Obama White House even though, unknown to the gunman, they weren't home? I don't consider either of them to be since there was never a time when they were in danger. That seems like a very small difference to me. Certainly. He attempted to assassinate Obama. Then would you consider it an assassination attempt when the gunman actually shot into the Obama White House even though, unknown to the gunman, they weren't home? You're the one thinking in the wrong terms. One of the points in what I said is that legalization and access will prevent people from taking that, or anything else, without knowing what and how much of anything they got. Raiding Mexico will not even dent the fentanyl trade. American citizens will still be smuggling it in.
You might want to see what the Cato Institute has to say about that. They are definitely not far left. What you are discussing , I guess is to continue a policy of prohibition that hasn't worked anywhere at any time for any substance ever while enriching the illegal suppliers. The Mafia and such gangs got rich off of Prohibition. The cartels got rich off prohibition. Add to it, the tainted supply and uncertain dosages greatly increase the dangers of the drugs. You don't have a leg to stand on.Legalizing hard drugs is up there with abolishing the police as far as stupid ideas the far left comes up with. Get real, people who advocate this have no idea how unserious of a proposal this is, its so unrealistic and will be far more harmful than you realize. You know nothing about human psychology or why people do drugs in the first place if this is your idea of a solution.
It actually sickens me that people think its okay for the government to offer people ways to destroy their own lives (and anyone who loves them).
Shocking that a poster calling himself AlbionAmerican would make such a big deal that a "foreign born immigrant" is working for a huge aerospace company (Collins has 50K employees and like 100 offices around the country; my son was looking at them for an internship).
The problem is not Usha. There's not a shred of evidence that the Vice-President's wife is calling any shots. The problem is Trump and Elon and his sycophants.
You idiots object when we point out your animus toward brown people, but then post shit like this.
You do understand spy games, Mr. Netflix?Usha literally was an employee of the Chinese Communist Party for a period of time her in life, but pointing this out is me hating brown people? You are the idiot here, for the record I aint MAGA d!ckhead, but I call things as they are. You are a fool who doesn't understand how spy games or global power works. Usha and her family obviously have ties to very right wing elements in India, but criticizing this in your view is "racist".
No, you are wrong, 500m people are not part of RSS. Read below. You do understand spy games, Mr. Netflix?
Usha Vance spent one year in China teaching English -- like hundreds of thousands of other people. An ex-gf of mine did the same in Vietnam; didn't make her a communist.
Even by your exceedingly low standards, this is pathetic and disgusting. First, there's nothing at all suspicious about a "foreign born immigrant" (as if there are other types) working for an aerospace company; there are thousands of them who work for Collins. Second, choose your theory: is she a right-wing Hindu nationalist or a Chinese communist? Those two groups are not friends. Third, and most importantly, she's the fucking Second Lady. She's about as far removed from the decision making as possible. But she is the only brown person you can see, so of course you target her.
P.S. the Indian version of the proud boys is called the BJP and they currently hold power. Literally 500 million people are affiliated with it.
So your allegation is based on the political leanings of Usha's great uncle? I don't think you want to go down that road. I'll bet a fair number of people on this board had great uncles who belonged to the KKK. That doesn't mean shit. No, you are wrong, 500m people are not part of RSS. Read below.
Hypothetically, if a VP's spouse's family were Jewish, but not the nice American kind, but the kind who had family who were in Israel and were all hardline Kahanists, don't you think that might be concerning? You're probably the type who'd fall into the Netanyahu/ADL/Likud psyop where criticizing racist scumbags like them = me committing an anti-Semitism!
Pointing this out isn't me being "racist", its you being obviously naive, and honestly its a big reason we're in the mess we're in today. People need to criticize things that are concerning, not fall prey to these games where you're called a racist for obvious conflicts of interest (which is a tactic the CCP, Israelis, Russians, etc. all do as a way to weaken an American response to their ops).
