And you're trying to have it both ways. You claim there are clear abuses of original intent and then when challenged this is your response. Can you say a mental and moral midget.

I'm not going to pretend to know what the FFs were considering at the time.

A House Resolution has been introduced to allow Trump a third term. I will try to find a good link.

So many crazy things coming out daily, this would normally deserve it's own thread it is so outlandish.

But how many of us predicted this very thing along with so much of the other mess? I believe cowardly MAGAs refer to this as TDS.

They must have been blind. Look at what they allowed to happen.

Nobody here is going to argue against arresting violent immigrants and sending them back to their country of origin once they have completed their sentence.

Every administration has done that.

The problem is Trump and MAGA make it out like every immigrant is like this, when they only make up a small fraction of the crimes committed here. It's playing on irrational fear and racism.
 
Sorry, I now see someone posted a tweet about the silly 3rd term resolution last night, on this very thread. But there are more specifics and quotes from the madman MAGAs now.

Of course this is going nowhere, but even the thought of throwing it out there is shameful, and MAGA and Cult Leader will be far more serious about attempting something in a few years.
