Tell me that there isn't a Trump supporter in lecturing everyone about waking up when it comes to being lied to.

Remember that time Trump lied to you 30,573 times (that's just from his first term) and took home lie of the year honors year after year? Time to wake up you say?
 


In the 2-3 minutes of the hearing I heard on way back from working out, RFK seemed to be struggling/not used to being directly questioned.

Gently Pressed in friendly questioning to define what he meant by returning to what he calls the “gold standard” he really struggled and basically claimed that the NIH currently doesn’t require that research results be replicable, which is nonsense. He then tried to claim as an example that amyloid plaques don’t cause Alzheimer’s (and NIH wasted 20 years of research on that because they didn’t require the original studies be replicated) — which is not my understanding of the current science. The drug targeting amyloid plaques didn’t work, and the results suggest a more complex relationship between the plaques and Alzheimer’s, but that is not the same thing as Kennedy’s claim that the NIH focused on the wrong thing for two decades.

He also claimed that the peer reviews of peer review studies should be published with the study, which is a weird suggestion if you’ve ever been involved in science peer reviewed articles. A lot of peer review comments impact edits (and additional research to close a gap) in the final product; they are not generally publication-ready critiques (or grandstanding, depending on your POV).

I dunno, maybe he had some great answers today, too. I only heard that small bit …

1. Trump did collude with Russia. Collusion is not actually a legal term, so there couldn't have been charges for collusion, but he did. That was the jist of the Mueller Report.
2. What the fuck does Jussie Smollett or Nick Sandman have anything to do with this? I don't fucking care about those two individuals. They are inconsequential. I don't recall any media "telling anyone" that Smollett was the victim, but in any event who cares? He duped people. But even if he didn't, think about how many stories have been reported by the media over the past ten years. Hundreds of thousands, would be my guess. If those are the worst mistakes, they are really fucking good. That level of quality control would be very impressive.

Contrast that with your posts, which contain inaccuracies in virtually every sentence.

1. The 300,000 figure comes from a report about missing paperwork during the Trump and Biden administrations. About half of the time period was Trump; half Biden.
2. None of the children were missing. It was a paperwork snafu addressing a single agency (immigration court). There was no misplacing of the children.

If there were 330 million Americans and we just added 15 million more over the past 4 years that means 1 out of every 23 people you see anywhere in this country walked across the border over the past 4 years.....1 out of every 23. That's 1.5 times the population of the entire state of NC. Trump would have to deport 10,000 immigrants every single day of his 4 years to reach 15 million. That tells you how many were allowed to walk or be flown in every single day of the Biden Administration. And how much coverage did the arbiters of truth like CNN or MSNBC give to this massive invasion? I'll leave it to the people who actually watch those propaganda networks to answer that question. The damage done by Joe Biden will never be remedied.
