Maybe, but Judge Advocates who would prosecute such cases are probably the most anti-Trump area of the Army. The lesser-known Vindman brother was a JAG and very popular within the JAG community. Military judges also don’t work the same way as the rest of the federal judiciary, as they are not appointed by POTUS, but rather by the Judge Advocate General, and a new TJAG just started a new 5 year term this year. Thats not to say there aren’t pro-Trump JAGs, but they’re definitely rarer than pro-Trumpers in other parts of the Army.he could also bring them up on whatever charges they see fit. It's not like fascists have an honor code.
