Can someone explain the two apparent medical emergencies that happened just before Trump went into his playlist?

Were they related at all to what followed? The conspiracy part of me wants to believe that Trump had people planted to have emergencies in case things went south.

I haven't really paid much attention lately so I was confused when I looked for an found the video which started with people yelling for emergency help.
 
Hey, if you can stage getting your ear “shot” by an AR-15 round at 150 yards, staging fake medical emergencies at a rally is child’s play.

I have not read details but no need for conspiracy theories. Medical disruptions are a regular occurrence at Trump rallies. People wait for as much as 24-hours to get in, the weather conditions have been pretty tough, the venues are often hangars and gyms and places with poor ventilation that overheat quickly with large crowds. The Trump vendors charge premium prices for food and water. A lot of older and unhealthy fans attend. And then people get dehydrated or have heat exhaustion or faint from hunger or some combo. It happens at least once at virtually every one of his outdoor and odd venue rallies.

Trump’s response has developed to play loud music and wait out the medical treatment if it’s in his line of vision. It just happened twice in quick succession last night — reportedly the venue was too warm and super stuffy.
 
Trump is pretty clearly being worn down by his campaign schedule. I would feel bad for him if he weren’t such an awful SOB.

I do wonder if his campaign's internal polls are worse than what we've been seeing in the national polls, especially the Republican-leaning polls that have been released recently. I also agree that in this campaign his age has really caught up with him - he just doesn't have the physical or mental energy or pep to keep going like he did even four years ago. It's like watching a wind-up toy as it starts winding down.
