Exactly what are they going back to? The entire country is rubble. There are no safe structures. They just going to pitch tents? What he is proposing is working with Egypt and Jordan and helping to build homes for them. It will never fly and I wouldn't blame them for not leaving, but what is their future in Gaza? Even if they did rebuild, it will just be torn down again. Just so you understand, I'm not praising him for it, but it isn't totally crazy assuming they get the financial assistance they would need. What do you propose? I'm guessing it is no more realistic than what trump is proposing but at least he is thinking out of the box.

Longer than that. I posted an article when it all started about how the US and Israel were in talks to access the natural gas under Gaza. This was the plan all along. It never was about Hamas or the prisoners.
They’re bombing whole blocks in the West Bank. But some people will find an excuse for that too.
