I remain skeptical that he will get confirmed. But liberals need to realize something: nobody who matters here cares whether he raped anyone. That ship has sailed. It sailed after Kav but it has especially sailed now.

So if they are in the committee hearings asking him about his personal failings, they will be doing it wrong.

The primary and most important reason not to confirm him is that he is so comically underqualified for the position that it's almost hard to wrap one's head around. And thus the only reason why anyone would ever choose him is if they cannot find another military person to promise the fealty Trump expects. He's obviously not going to run the department.
