The TILF is a disgrace to all radical leftwing anti-capitalist domestic terrorist groups in America.

Tilf, I knew the Weathermen ( aka WUO ). The Weathermen were friends of mine. Tilf, you are no Weathermen.
 
The curious thing is that it's going to come down to intent. The bombmaking materials listed are all legal to buy. Black powder itself can be purchased without any special permit on line. The plot itself reads like a bad internet story and is completely implausible. Otoh, some of what they did probably did cross the line. I wonder if they can actually get a felony conviction with a jury trial. I remember back in the 60s and 70s how all those conspiracy trials against demonstrators used to sort of fall apart. The DOJ were playing with similar loaded dice then as well.
