Two of FSU’s losses were at home to WF, both of which were short games because of the 10 run rule. The following weekend the Heels swept WF and two of the wins were short due to the 10 run rule. Crazy season ha.

It was a weird game. With a little luck, Pitt could have probably run ruled us. With a little luck, we could have squeaked out a narrow win.

So I guess a 4-2 loss for us is about fitting.

Yep, think it was the 5th or 6th they had bases loaded and no outs but only plated 2. Heels only scoring with the long ball this series.

Yep, what 2 hits through 5 then 4 hits and 5 runs in the 6th and 7th.

After the 6th when we left the bases loaded, I was afraid it was going to turn into one of those games you lose 2-1 when the other team gets a couple lucky plays to push runs across.

But the 7th ended that worry.

Those last two series against NC State and Florida State are massive. Win one, and we're locked in as Regional hosts at worst. Win both, and we're most likely hosting Super Regionals, too.
